RADIO SILENCE

Connect your AI

You play Radio Silence through your own AI assistant. It reads your settlement, gives your orders, then tells you what happened and paints the scene. Add this address to it once:

ChatGPT

  1. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, press +, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Paste the address. Set Authentication to OAuth and create it.
  3. Install the plugin. When Radio Silence opens, tap Start playing. There's nothing to fill in.
  4. In a chat on the Work tab, type @, pick Radio Silence and say “start”.
  5. If its tools ever look out of date, press Refresh on the plugin.

Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the address, add it, and tap Start playing when Radio Silence opens.
  3. In a new chat, say “start the game”.

Claude Code and Codex

Add the address as a remote MCP server. They connect the same way, with OAuth. If yours can't, make a personal link on your Account page and use that instead. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can play as you.

Your settlement in a browser

There's no password to remember. Ask your AI for a web link: it signs you in here on whatever device you open it on, works once, and lasts ten minutes. To connect a second AI to the same settlement, open a web link in your browser first, then connect the new one.

What to say

Begin with “start the game”. After that, talk to it the way you'd talk to someone running the camp for you: “what's happening at my settlement?”, “send two scouts north”, “what's waiting for me?”. It answers in a few lines and paints the scene. Your settlement page shows the map, your people and the radio as it all unfolds.
